August 12th, a technical meeting was held this afternoon in the Media Centre of Chaoyang Beach Volleyball Venue. The "Gook Luck Beijing" 2007 FIVB Beach Volleyball Women's Challenger will be held next week.

During the technical meeting, Mr. Blair Harrison, member of the management committee of FIVB, held the drawing of lots of the 24 participating teams. After that, Mr. Angelo Casanova, FIVB Technical Supervisor, told the athletes some items to be noticed during week-long event.

On the night of August 15, another draw will be arranged for all the pairs having entered the semiquarter finals. The finals will be staged on August 19.(Li Yiming)
