Media accommodation for the "Good Luck Beijing" sport events has been going smoothly so far.

The official deadline for accredited media to submit accommodation reservation form is one month before the opening of each event.

In order to meet accredited media"s accommodation needs, the organizing committee of "Good Luck Beijing" sport events will manage the accommodation reservations submitted 7days before the opening of each event with every effort. Those reservations which are submitted within 7 days to the opening of each event will not be accepted.

Dedicated media hotels for the "Good Luck Beijing" sport events with no reservation being received 7 days before the opening of each event will not be seen as designated ones for accredited media, and in this way, there will be no media services as transport, arrival and departure, etc. to be provided in these hotels.
