The third round of the preliminaries of the 2007 FIVB Beach Volleyball Women's Challenger began at the Chaoyang Park at 9:00 a.m. Aug. 15. In the first match Chinese pair Yue Yuan/Zhang Wenwen beat Swedish duo Sigrid Camilla Nilsson/Rivia Cristine Oliveira 2:0 and advanced to the round of 16 which starts on Thursday.The scores of the two sets were 23-21 and 21-13.
