The second quarterfinal of the 2007 FIVB Beach Volleyball Women's Challenger concluded this morning as Yue Yuan and Zhang Wenwen smashed their Chinese teammates Ma Yuanyuan and Zhang Dan 2:0 to book a place in the last four of the tournament. The scores of the two sets were 21-15 and 21-14.

Yue Yuan and Zhang Wenwen restrained the opposing team's performance with high-quality serves and won the first set 21-15.

Ma Yuanyuan and Zhang Dan still didn’t come out swinging in the second set and Yue and Zhang kept their form, going on to win 21-14.
