In the second semifinals of the 2007 FIVB Beach Volleyball Women's Challenger at the Chaoyang Park this morning, Chinese duo Zhang Wenwen/Yue Yuan won Swiss pair Sarah Schmocker/Isabelle Forrer 2:1 by a narrow margin. The scores of the three sets were 21-16, 18-21 and 17-15.

This was the first game the Swiss pair has lost, but that made them out of the final. After the match, the Swiss players were disappointed about their performance and the result. Sarah Schmocher said £º"Our performance was not so good, especially the defense and there were many mistakes in the attack. This was a hard game, the rival was so powerful and their performance was wonderful."

Though admitted their performance was not so good, Swiss pair which was the second seeds of the event was an excellent team.
