The second-round preliminaries of the 2007 FIVB Beach Volleyball Women's Challenger  began at the Chaoyang Park at 9:00 a.m. Aug.14. In today's opening match the Malaysian duo Beh Shun Thing/Luk Teng Hua beat the Swedish pair Sigrid Camilla Nilsson/Rivia Cristine Oliveira 2:1 to become the first team to qualify for the semiquarter finals. The scores of the three sets were 21:19, 17:21 and 15:14.
